My name is Don Krasen and our company is Krystal Clear Audio-Video. We are located in Dallas Texas and have been in business for over 42 years as one of the oldest high end audio stores in the country. Music has been in my blood from my earliest days, listening to all the great music of the 50s 60s and 70s. In high school, I was in the choir and in a band. In college, I performed from time to time at a coffee house and after college managed a progressive rock band I used to play guitar strictly for fun. I’m really just an amateur.
Over 25 years ago, I met the founder of Burmester Dieter Burmester in Chicago at a consumer electronic show. We hit it off immediately and we soon began a long-term love affair with the brand. Over the years, we have installed countless great Burmester systems for our clients as precision set-up is one of our fortes.
What has made this partnership so special to us are the personal relationships from the management in Berlin to the US sales manager, Norm Steinke. These relationships have been instrumental insuring we have the tools we need to confidently go the extra mile to serve and satisfy our clients to the fullest.
When asked why did I choose Burmester? It has been an easy answer. Our company is known for carrying the best and I have a personal obsession with over- engineered products. Burmester fits both of these criteria perfectly.
