BERLIN, February 20th 2026

CMO, Dina Hoenge, will be leaving the company at the end of February. After more than 17 years of outstanding commitment, deep loyalty, and strong creative drive, she has decided to step back from day-to-day operational responsibilities and pursue new paths. This decision was made consciously and is driven by a desire for personal and professional development. Independent of this step, she will remain closely connected to the company in the future in her role as a shareholder.

Over many years, she has played a decisive role in shaping our brand. Through her vision, strong design sensibility, and exceptional dedication, she made a significant contribution to the development of the brand strategy and created a solid foundation for the clear and international positioning of Burmester on which we continue to build today and in the future.

In her leadership role in Product Design, she was instrumental in the introduction of the new design language. With a strong sense of responsibility and clear creative direction, the product experience was further developed and consistently aligned with future requirements.

In her responsibility for Automotive Marketing, she continuously supported and developed all partnerships — from Bugatti, Porsche, and Mercedes to Ferrari — and contributed significantly to positioning Burmester clearly, premium, and internationally within the automotive environment.

As a leader, she was highly respected and valued by her team. She impressed not only through her professional expertise, but also on a personal level — through clear values, strong reliability, and a pronounced sense of responsibility. With her calm and approachable manner, she built trust, provided orientation, and fostered a culture of collaboration characterized by respect and mutual appreciation.

In addition, she led the planning and implementation of numerous events, trade fairs, and artist collaborations with great commitment, thereby sustainably strengthening the visibility and impact of the brand.
