590 watts of system power, in combination with 13 speakers, enable an exclusive music experience at the highest level. At the same time, the driver can conveniently adjust the playback to his or her personal taste. The switchable surround function generates virtual surround sound from mono and stereo signals to make the interior of the Mercedes-Benz GLC seem even larger acoustically.
With the aid of optimization to the listening position, passengers can adjust the sound specifically for the front, rear or all seats. Powerful bass reproduction is guaranteed by the front bass technology: here the woofers are integrated into the vehicle body in front of the passengers.
Whether in city traffic, on country roads or on the highway, passengers always enjoy the best possible sound experience. This is ensured by a sophisticated Vehicle Noise Compensation (VNC) system that sensitively raises the volume – specifically only for those frequency ranges that are affected by extraneous noise.
