The Bugatti Project

The Bugatti EB 16.4 VEYRON is an extraordinary car that calls for extraordinary concepts - even for its sound system. That's why Dieter Burmester, Germany's foremost high-end manufacturer has created for it an appropriately superlative music system.

Dieter Burmester fell for the fascination of the Bugatti VEYRON and the enthusiasm of the team responsible for its development. For Burmester the Bugatti Project marks the entry into the market for automotive sound systems of the high-end class. With it he expands his product range that hitherto consisted exclusivly of high-end stereo systems for the home.

Contrary to the normal routine of integrating a complete sound system into an exsisting car Dieter Burmester and the Bugatti team got together already during the development of the Monocoque to determine the best locations in the car for the various system components.

This co-operation during the early stage of body design and engineering work is necessary to achieve the best in functionality, musicality and design.

Thus, the controls are a completely new design to enable the driver to use them at high speeds without distraction. Many functions will be programmable so the driver can customize the system to his personal taste.

It is certain that the history of his achievements in the development of highest-quality sound systems will also extend to the Bugatti Project. Therefore, the proud owners of the Bugatti EB 16.4 VEYRON will also experience a new dimension in listening to musi in their automobile.
